Tested. Traced. Signed off.
The business-acceptance layer for every release — a platform and a team that prove your software is ready to go live, and leave you a signed, audit-ready certificate.
Built isn't the same as accepted.
Testing proves the software works as built. Dedicated UAT proves it works for your business — and that is what signing off actually means. Calliberate is the one partner that brings all three: the platform, independent experts, and a hands-on team — training your testers and standing with you, right through to a signed, audit-ready go-live.
Didn't build it in-house? When a service provider delivered your release — or it was built using AI — a UAT Shield Expert independently proves it truly works for your business before you sign off.
AI agents verify that software works. Only people can accept that it's right for the business — and the more your release is built with AI, the more an independent human sign-off matters, not less. AI for coverage, humans for acceptance.
Calliberate pairs a platform with Callibers' consultants, working as one team with yours — from the first requirement to a signed, audit-ready go-live. We start every engagement with a UAT execution strategy that trains your testers on the method, the tools and the process, and we stay with you through to sign-off. You're never handed software and left to run UAT alone.

We'll walk your team through a live UAT cycle with real cases, testers and sign-off. No commitment. Tell us a little about you and we'll be in touch within one working day.
Dashboard
A running tally of every story in the ledger — where testing stands right now, at a glance.
Insights & analysis
Status report
Live weekly status of the UAT window, built from the ledger: progress, defects, results by tester, and the milestones ahead.
Visual analytics
Charts behind the numbers: pass rate, coverage against risk, activity over time, and how each test type is faring.
Audit trail
Every change to the ledger, recorded automatically with who made it and when. Use it to check the trail before sign-off.

UAT Cycles
Group stories into a named UAT cycle — e.g. a release — so pass rate, runs, and sign-off are scoped per cycle instead of one flat all-time list.
UAT Stories
Trace every test back to a requirement: capture the use case, then define what "accepted" looks like. Business, dev, and QA all write here.
Bulk-load a release's test cases: upload an .xlsx/.csv with columns Title (required), Owner, Priority (Critical/High/Medium/Low), Status, Use Case ID, Use Case (or "Requirement"), and Acceptance Criteria (or "Description") — each row becomes a UAT test case.
UAT Cases
Detailed, reusable step-by-step test cases — the repository UAT Execution runs against. Optionally trace each case back to a story.
Bulk-load test cases from HP ALM / Quality Center, Jira (Xray/Zephyr), Azure DevOps or Excel — just export to .xlsx/.csv and upload. Columns are matched automatically, including each tool's names (Summary / Test Name, Issue Key / Work Item ID, State, Design Steps…). The source ID is kept for traceability. At minimum include a Title; add a Requirement ID (or Issue Key / Parent) to auto-link each case to its story.
Requirement Traceability Matrix
Every requirement traced end-to-end: which test cases cover it, how those cases executed, and any defects raised — so you can prove full coverage at sign-off and spot gaps before the client does.
UAT Schedule
Test windows, assigned testers, and which environment each session runs against.
UAT Testers
Everyone who can run a test session. Add testers here, then assign them when booking a session in the Schedule tab.
Tickets
Issues, bugs, change requests, and anything else raised during testing — linked back to a story where relevant. Export to your tracker's CSV, then import its status changes back.
UAT Test Data
The accounts, records, and fixtures testers need to run each scenario — and whether they're still good to use.
UAT Execution
Execute a UAT Case against a cycle: log an actual result and pass/fail for each step. A failed step lets you log a ticket straight from the result.
Execution priority queue
Test cases ordered by priority — the number is the recommended execution order. Work top to bottom so the highest-risk cases are verified first.
Exploratory Testing
Capture unscripted observations — what business users notice while using the system for real, outside the scripted cases. This is where the "it works, but it doesn't fit how I work" issues surface.
Quality Hub
The signals that decide go-live — release readiness, quality gates, issue-tracker sync, case review and tester workload, all in one place.
Quality gates
Exit criteria that must pass before sign-off is allowedIssue-tracker sync

A pre-flight checklist before UAT starts — check off each item as it's confirmed ready.
Reports & Sign-off
Snapshot the ledger at a point in time, then route it for approval by every required approver.

Leave structured notes against a story so the whole team can follow the thread.

Plan each release, pull its UAT cycles and environments into scope, and get a single go/no-go verdict rolled up from coverage, pass rate, open defects, and sign-off.
